Products & pricing
The compounds, and how they reach the land.
Three biological compounds, formulated for the soil problems we actually see. Three commercial models, matched to the operator who has to live with the result. Indicative pricing for early cohorts — pilot terms are bespoke.
The compound lineup
Each consortium does one job, well.
Blended on the ground into a region- and crop-specific Final Product. The mix is the prescription; the compounds are the raw material.
OSEAL™ B5
Biological seal · cereals & row crops
Where it fits. Sandy and sandy-loam soils with collapsed aggregate structure. Wheat, maize, sorghum, cotton.
What it does. Re-establishes the microbial scaffolding that holds aggregates together — water infiltration, root channels, organic matter retention.
OSEAL™ C5
Water-cycle restoration
Where it fits. Irrigated and water-stressed systems where infiltration and retention have degraded. Rice, cotton, horticulture.
What it does. Targets the consortia that govern porosity and water-holding capacity. Cuts irrigation demand without yield loss.
STINA™ 400
Nitrogen & nutrient cycling
Where it fits. Soils with depleted N-fixing and P-solubilising populations after long synthetic regimes. Pulses, legumes, mixed rotations.
What it does. Restores the biological pathways that make nitrogen, phosphorus, and micronutrients plant-available — reducing synthetic input dependence.
Indicative figures in USD per litre. Final Product blends weight these compounds against soil diagnostics — typical mix runs ~$1.44/L cost, ~$2.50/L price, ~42% margin.
Application
How the biology meets the field.
Most parcels reach the maintenance floor in roughly 11 years. The compound load drops as the biology re-establishes itself — the soil starts doing the work.
Commercial models
Three ways to buy the result.
The compound is the same. What changes is who carries which risk, and how the value is shared.
Subscription
Smallholder cohorts and mid-scale farms
10-year contract · annual fee · ~10% reduction in litres required per year as soil recovers
Designed for cohorts where the platform handles diagnostics, prescription, and reporting end-to-end. Lowest admin burden for the operator.
Performance-based
Industrial-scale farms and agribusinesses
Outcome-linked: payment tied to verified yield uplift, input reduction, and soil-health gains
For operators who want commercial alignment with the result, not the input. Independently audited each season.
Carbon & sovereign
Governments, carbon programmes, sovereign funds
Multi-year, multi-parcel restoration with full data dossier for carbon, biodiversity, and food-security reporting
Structured around national or regional restoration targets. The compound does the work; the platform produces the audit.
Pilot pricing is bespoke.
Early cohorts in Northern Pakistan and the United Kingdom are running under partner-structured terms. Subscription and performance pricing above is indicative for general availability.
